3 photo apps that are a game changer
Ever wonder how everyone else's photos (okay maybe not your friends, but the really cool people you follow), look picture perfect?
The background is crisp and white, the smile is perfect, and the light reflects just right?
Well I did. I wasn't too paranoid about my facial features, but I did want my pictures to be just as great as the ones I saw on other social media pages.
After testing out a few photo editing apps, I came across 3 that are user friendly and do the job.
Facetune is an app for adjusting stuff on your face. You can go as far as changing the shape of your face. I like it because it helps you touch up things you may have forgotten to pay attention to before you took the photo (like the time I had lipstick on my teeth smh)
VSCO is an app I really like for getting the lighting right in my pictures. I'm trying to be consistent with integrating my brand colors in photos, and VSCO definitely helps. You can also crop pictures, change saturation, clarity, and a lot more stuff that sounds way more tech savvy than it really is.
Last, but definitely not least, is WORD SWAG AKA the holy grail. This app lets you overlay pictures with word, and it comes with pictures in it. It's an easy way to create those inspirational posts for Instagram.
I've heard TouchRetouch is cool for actually removing/deleting things out of your picture (i.e. the load of laundry on the floor you'd rather people not see while reading your inspirational post).
I haven't tried it yet, but I plan on giving it a test drive.
